this circle,
cut from one end,
lands on linen,
claudia's sleeve, in fact,
and looks to be at home.
she called them trustworthy,
these circles,
which makes me wonder.
and now my stitching,
cutting, and mending
during this flu
horrendous though it is
has something to be,
to lean into, to become.
trustworthy.
Beautiful, Velma. Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteI like having a 'circle' on my sleeve...feels good.
ReplyDeleteClaudia
Great use of your time while you are sick. Beautiful stitches, like rain. Feel better soon.

ReplyDeleteOh you are still sick...me, too. But the stitches are so beautiful! xo
ReplyDeletebeautiful tiny stitches, looks like they are holding down the circles - keeping them from floating away. hope each day is a little bit better.
