old/new

i had to be making something on new year's day
and again tonight
 (playing with flash...)
i've turned again to claudia's sleeve
(silk stitches)
which is hard to do
while speaking to claudia
on the macphone.

  1. So is the color more walnut-y or more ashen?

Oh dear... already that cold. Not quite that here - yet. That will be the low, they say. We'll see. I'm finally warm footed after changing my socks. Note to self - after loading in wood, feet might sweat a tad, change socks!

  7. It looks like a belly you're sewing, doing operations on. Velma, if I could have some of that cold...tomorrow is going to be 105.80 Fahrenheit. Tonight's so hot I can't sleep. It is currently 2.32 in the morning. I'm watching an old film, 'God's Little Acre', and the heat from the computer screen makes me sweat.
I'm sure your 7 below is vile. What are we doing in this world that batters us?
Hanging on, sister, that's what. Hope it doesn't get too freezing there, as I hope it doesn't get too boiling here!
