old wood + new wood = studio/garage
friendly small ones
surround a burned out stump
the road goes high just here
and the horses, clydesdales all five
are weirdly sized from above.
and yet, up close
which i was,
they are huge and very well mannered.
i got to know them
and they, me,
just a little bit.
a rock book,
very large
in its own pool
my favorite spring scent
planted by emily,
for sure,
at the new place.
Wow! WOW! so exciting to see it really happening. plus all that surrounds the new hive!

V- very exciting on the building front - looking forward to progress shots; and I don't think that is a pocket rock book. B
ReplyDeleteIt's good to know rustic life continues, as I hope it always will, Velma, from here, where I am, in a city, where rusticity's diminished.
ReplyDeleteRefreshing photos.
that studio/garage is going to be amazing!

ReplyDeleteA lovely wander as the world warms up. Hope you're feeling better.
ReplyDeleteV- Would it not be great to fill the space with discarded books and let them tell their story with the seasons? B
ReplyDeletefiona, saw doc yesterday!
ReplyDeletebarry, you and ronnie can come over and get to work! it's a huge space.
So exciting to see all. That's ahead of you Velma.

On tram in my iPhone tapping away.
