some more snow

school delays and closings

we were sent home from school early.

there was rain and even sun!

i went to mid morning yoga!

home for lunch and a nap, oh lovely nap!

and then the snow came on

 and on

 and on

 and i just shoveled very wet

but fairly thick

six or so inches

i have some reading material

lovely.

my foil for sadness

 in anticipation of

slim pickings

a touch of blue and red

 the road seems to wait for winter

which is playing games 

for sure

my friend aimee lee showed me a page from her current sketchbook. i told her this. because it's sometimes true. but the thing is that i was able to get an image--her jpg sent to me and i put it on my desktop and dragged it into the add images box. i still can't get my pictures from iphoto events like i have since i started this blog. but here's aimee's calligraphy with my words of wisdom.
