sky painting

i stopped working tonight to see this out my window. wendy and i went outdoors, she to romp, me to photograph.
the last shifu covered book, made to fluff open and be fan like and lovely. papers are yellow cotton bedsheets, daylily, hosta, and mixed fiber sheets. i really like this book. it even has a smear of my blood on the cover, evidence that i suffer for my art. (ha!)
a glorious sky.
and weeds.
i am ready for the show--tomorrow i have three things to do: work, deliver the show, vote. i will cover upwards of 90 miles to do all this. my car is packed with rocks and paper and photos and books and shifu.
