i'm too tired to share news
(i have good news)
and too tired to send
a few things to folks who are waiting
(you know who you are)
i apologize
i will get things done this week.
i am just too tired.
but there are two new moons!
these last two posts are so full and delicious!
ReplyDeleteYou don' even "know" me and I already know one of your pieces of good news as I saw the SDA newsletter today and received one of their awards. Congratulations..and when you post about it yourself maybe you'll put in the correct name of the award!
ReplyDeletewaning gibbous and waxing reflection,
ReplyDeletewisdom eyes for resting tides
Nice light. Good to have two new moons, never know when you might need to begin a cycle. Wishing you some good sleep and some good inspiration, along with a couple more moons.
ReplyDeleteMe too--too tired even to get through blogs, emails and sundry other technological things-too tired to cook dinner. The temperature has dropped but the light is not nearly so stunning as your light on that landscape. Here's what I figure-everything that's not a matter of life and death can wait for me. If not, well, so hum. The fact is I move at a slow human pace, and that's as good as it gets till it gets gooder :-)
ReplyDeleteoh Velma, hope you can make a nice pot of tea, turn the music down low,sit by the fire and read a good book. take care, hold the good news close.
ReplyDeleteyou are moving ever closer to your shortest day - so no wonder you are short on energy!
ReplyDeletehs, why thank you
ReplyDeleteginny, yep, that's right!
henrietta and valerie, wisdom moons?
ms, oh you get it!
jean, but i need to get some stuff done, and laughing at that comment, because i obviously need to do what you say!
ronnie, i do hate losing light
Phew! I am not alone, been soooo sleepy for weeks. Seems like about the time the day starts it's dark again. Long nights and I am not a fan of them anyway. Bask in the moonshine!
ReplyDeleteoh, yeah, nancy that's it exactly!
ReplyDeletetired, yet a calm about it. that's ok.
ReplyDeleteglad you see calm, i'm just too tired to get things done!
ReplyDeletesuch a beautiful sky!
ReplyDeletelaura, our skies are beautiful in their humble way.
ReplyDeleteVelma it sounds as if you really need a rest without pressure to do the chores you "should" be doing. Take your time and we will look forward to your good news.
ReplyDeletethanks, robyn
