went home


sick.

cold cold cold to my bones 
and achy
yesterday and today
(so far).  
it will pass.

  9. oh no the winter yuck is upon us - I too, think the answer is honey, lemon and ginger. keep warm, drink lots and sweat it out. don't like that last picture.

    I was beaten down Thu/Fri/Sat, but nothing specific other than extreme exhaustion and chilled. Seems to have lifted... hope it does swiftly for you.

  12. Oh no...hey, got a friend who can shop for you? If you can get homeopathic "Influenzum" just in cse...can'[t hurt to go on the offensive. Oh do be well soon...sweat and soup and warmth may do the trick. and, if I forgot--congrats on the gift of a retreat. May you be well and it be wonderful.
