she also sent me a few things to ponder
when weavers

were treasures
memories tied into string

i wish i could claim it
as my own creation

happy winter break to me!
Wow, what a great collection of gifts... nice to get so many things in the mail other than those windowed envelopes! I was quite short on valentine's cards this year (like 0), but quite abundant on so many other things I really can't complain.
ReplyDeletev, it's been a special week in so many ways!
ReplyDeleteso glad you received little "strings" to balance the days - versus the sadness of the other day - two sides to all visions. this one is the better of the two. lovely paper - happy pondering for it creation.
ReplyDelete... and to me, and to everyone... - and thanks for liking my moon dust...
ReplyDeleteflowers and hearts are more special because we don't get them every day. a weaver's memory string, what a lovely idea, think I stitch my memories. Have a lovely, creative break.
ReplyDeletethanks, henrietta
ReplyDeleteger, moons AND hearts
jean, thank you so much!
Much to ponder here. Memories tied in string, deep red, gifts and words arriving in the mail.
ReplyDeleterobyn, this week held much to ponder, i feel very much treasured!
ReplyDeleteOh.... what a delight to find these precious things waiting for you to open Velma!
ReplyDeleteIntrigued by the Earth drawing thats for sure.. the memories tied to the string is an idea I was once introduced to and is very beautiful... this is so simple yet powerful!
And those hearts and the rose... the colour!
Hope this week is a good one for you!

i am so lucky to have friends and one very special person who brought the rose, first one in 20 years, therefore very much a surprise and delight.
ReplyDeletewondering if all my memories are woven into cloth...
