so i hastened to walk
remembered the camera
it's cold
and it looks it
these stiff birches support
a few crystals of moisture
evening cold air
twilight comes on
as we hurry up to keep away the chill
wendy runs,
canters really,
until i turn the camera on video
and. she. s.t.o.p.s.
finally, these little bubbles
cling to grass leaves
and one brave dandelion.
by morning they'll be iced up
for sure.
I feel it with my eyes. It's still a rosy glow behind the white birch....hurry to the fire place!
ReplyDeleteAfternoon walk with Pasha was pleasantly cold... but things have gotten frosty out there! I tried to catch Pasha up a tree, but seems I could only get a shot of him jumping off - seems Wendy doesn't want to be filmed and Pasha only wants photos of himself in a tree while airborne. Happy cold days.

Beautiful, beautiful but a wee bit odd as we wander about in shorts and bask in the sun. Lovely images of skies and bare branches; and the pre-icing leaves. Stay warm.
