i'm at the nysra (new york state reading association) conference wearing my teacher hat for a few days. interesting. i am so over mounted with reading experts, but it's ok, i'm in saratoga springs, where to be mounted is very, very good. only i'm not on horseback.
You do have a lot of adventures away from home!
ReplyDeleteone of my favorite books :) to read, and to handle, and to see, and hold. big love to you in your time away.
ReplyDeleteif your teacher's hat is half as attractive as this little beauty, well then every kiddie will read stunningly (ps the world needs more teachers who understand the intricacies of learning to read.... spoken with both my teacher's and parent-of-kiddie-with-dyslexia hats on....)
ReplyDeletethe little book looks beautiful standing proud like that...
ReplyDeletemargaret, it's hard to keep myself here and not go horse hunting.
ReplyDeleteaimee, i hope it's ok to borrow your book images, : ).
ronnie, knowing both sides of education is so important. dyslexia can be such a challenge, for everyone.
kaite, it's aimee's, and it's given me an idea for a new book.
Hey Velma, my Noah is in Saratoga, too, at Skidmore--wish I was there, I love walking around looking at all the shops! And horses...sigh...xo
ReplyDeletewell, i am mostly IN the hilton, and have taken some surreptitious walks. conferences are hard work!
