 how many gallons of sap = one gallon of syrup
 stainless on the exterior
 collecting tank
all done in clear tubes with a vacuum and a very high tech system inside. 
outside
north country sugar season
or mud season

  2. Hi Velma - I think I like your approach better - much more direct and satisfying! Still it's pretty cool to have maple syrup on tap, literally. we buy ours in bottles you guys package and send over here!

  3. when we first moved here there were the rusty remains of a sugar house in the woods, long rusted to nothing now. rural archaeology. i'm glad you know maple syrup!
