moving stuff into storage,
i wasn't the only one.
i found a stash when cleaning
inside this tube of canada thistle paper
a tiny bit of gold
just visiting.
foundation stonework
a 10 degree and windy walk
brilliant sun
lined up
turkey trot
waltz?
they were hanging out
and then one flew
red outside, red inside
winter prints
a good day.
you are better, hooray!
ReplyDeleteyou are outside so much in the winter. Do you love it? (the winter?)
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous day. I love the stone wall and the shadows on the log fence - and all the other magic of your winter. Glad you are recovering too!
ReplyDeleteaimee, thank goodness!
ReplyDeletejudy, yes
fiona, that wall is a foundation for the hay mow entrance to my neighbor's barn. this is the best shot i've had in years!
such sharp light!
ReplyDeletemc, that's exactly it!
ReplyDeletethat awesome barn!
ReplyDeleteV - thanks for sharing these images of colour and texture - feel as though I'm there. Love the rocks and the red of the barn. Aware that it is very cold your way - stay inside and crank up that fire. Go well. B
ReplyDeleteneki, "she's a good old boat and she'll stay afloat in the toughest gales and keep smiling..."
ReplyDeletebarry, getting outside enough to keep my mind cobwebless is the challenge.
if the creatures are packing maybe they are planning to move with you!!
ReplyDeletejean, BITE YOUR TONGUE!!! please, no!
ReplyDeleteoops, just joking!
ReplyDeletejean, i knew you didn't mean it. it is a problem, though, old farmhouse. if i had a cat all would be well. but i'm allergic.
